01Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using WealthOSX, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app. If you're using WealthOSX on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

02What WealthOSX is — and isn't

WealthOSX is a personal finance tool that helps you organize, budget, and understand your money. It is not a financial advisor, and nothing in the app — including AI coach responses, projections, and debt-free dates — is professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Projections and estimates are based on the information you enter and assumed rates. Actual results will vary and are not guaranteed. For decisions that carry real weight, please talk to a qualified professional.

03Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use WealthOSX. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

04Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You can close your account at any time.

05Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

WealthOSX offers a subscription with a free trial. The key terms:

• New subscribers get a 30-day free trial. After it ends, the plan is $9.99/month or $69.99/year.
• Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and billed to your Apple account.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel during the free trial before it ends, you won't be charged. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices may change over time. We'll give reasonable notice, and any increase won't apply to a period you've already paid for.
• Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. We generally can't issue refunds directly.

06Acceptable use

To keep WealthOSX working well for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use the app to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or any part of it.
• Interfere with the app's operation, security, or other users, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

07Your content

The financial data and information you enter into WealthOSX is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and you can export or delete it at any time.

08Our intellectual property

WealthOSX — including its code, design, branding, written content, and the prompts and systems behind the AI coach — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our permission.

09The AI coach

The AI coach uses the information you've entered to offer general, educational guidance. It is not a licensed financial advisor, its responses are not personalized professional advice, and it can make mistakes. Treat it as a starting point for thinking about your money — not as the final word — and verify anything important before acting on it.

10Disclaimer of warranties

WealthOSX is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projection or result will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WealthOSX and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make using the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12Termination

You can stop using WealthOSX and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or where necessary to protect the app and its users. When your access ends, your license to use the app ends too — but you can export your data before you go.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves or as laws change. We'll post the revised version here with a new date, and for material changes we'll give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use WealthOSX after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14Governing law
